    A full-stack fashion e-commerce platform built for a real-world business, combining seamless shopping, engaging product discovery, and a custom admin system to run the store behind the scenes.

    How it was built

    • Faced issues with payment reliability — solved it using Razorpay webhooks to sync order status only after confirmed payments
    • Managing dynamic content (banners, deals, sections) was messy at first — built a structured admin panel to handle everything cleanly
    • Wanted product browsing to feel less boring — experimented with a reels-style UI for faster discovery
    • Tracking real user behavior was missing — integrated analytics to understand traffic and improve decisions
    • Media loading was slowing things down — moved images/reels to AWS S3 and stored URLs in MongoDB to reduce server load and improve performance

    A recruitment platform built to replace an Excel-heavy workflow with a centralized system for managing candidates, jobs, applications, interviews, and placement operations.

    How it was built

    • Everything was running on Excel — built a centralized system to make data searchable and manageable
    • Had to work with an existing static site — added a Node.js backend without breaking the old structure
    • Payment gateway wasn’t an option — designed a manual QR + receipt verification system with admin approval
    • Managing multiple admins was tricky — implemented role-based access so each sees only their assigned sector
    • Avoided repeated form filling — added profile-based “easy apply” to simplify the application process

    A full-fledged digital platform for a Packers & Movers company, combining a polished business website with service enquiries, online payments, and real-time consignment tracking.

    How it was built

    • This wasn't meant to be just a company website — I wanted to build something that could also support their day-to-day operations.
    • Built a complete admin panel where the company can manage customer information, add new customers, and keep their operational data centralized.
    • The consignment tracking system has its own backend, allowing the company to generate tracking codes and update shipment status while customers can track their consignments online.
    • Added a scheduling calendar so the team can plan activities like surveys, packing, and upcoming tasks in one place.
    • To avoid missed appointments and tasks, I added automated email reminders that are sent a day before a scheduled activity.
    • Added a cost calculator that collects customer requirements and sends them to the company for follow-up and quotation.
    • Integrated direct WhatsApp and call actions, along with PayU for online payments, to make the customer journey more straightforward.
    • The main challenge was going beyond a good-looking website and building something the company could actually use to manage their customers and daily operations.

    A business website for Skyora Productions, a Mumbai line production company, presenting its services, producers and filmography, with a rental catalogue for its film and event lights and forms that send pitches and enquiries straight to the team.

    How it was built

    • Opened the site with a short Lights, Camera, Action intro, so it feels like a production house from the first second
    • Built a separate Skyora Lights page with the full lighting catalogue, where visitors pick items and quantities and send a rental or purchase request
    • Ran the pitch, contact and lights forms on serverless functions with my own SMTP code, so the client pays nothing extra for an email service
    • Kept spam out with Cloudflare Turnstile and a honeypot field, and every form also sends a copy to the company inbox
    • Matched the colours to the client's logo and used real film production photography instead of stock graphics
