In many manufacturing businesses, quotations are typed in Word, complaints arrive by phone and get written in a register, and service visits are planned on a whiteboard. When a customer calls back, nobody can quickly see what was quoted, what went wrong or who visited last.
Simple web-based software brings it together. Your team creates quotations from saved products and prices, logs every complaint until it is closed, and plans service visits on a shared calendar, with each customer's history one click away.
